01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and UC7777 ("UC7777", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the UC7777 website at https://uc7777.cam, its subdomains, associated mobile applications, software, and all gaming and betting services offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

UC7777 is operated by an entity incorporated outside the jurisdiction of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. This platform is not licensed, registered, or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial gambling or gaming authority, or any other Pakistani regulatory body. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Players located in Pakistan bear sole responsibility for assessing whether their use of UC7777 services complies with applicable Pakistani federal and provincial laws, including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the UC7777 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, any bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback amount, or other incentive awarded by UC7777 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money funds from a Player's chosen payment method into their UC7777 account.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, table game, instant game, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures involving the collection and verification of identity and address documentation.
• "Platform" means the UC7777 website, software, applications, and all associated services accessible at https://uc7777.cam.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered a verified Account on the Platform and is accessing the Services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

• "RTP" means Return to Player, the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered money returned to players by a game.
• "Sports Bet" means a wager placed on the outcome of a sporting event through the UC7777 sports betting section.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with UC7777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. UC7777 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. We may require documentary proof of age at any time and will close any account found to be held by a person under the applicable minimum age, forfeiting all balances in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You must not be located in, a resident of, or a citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where accessing the Services would constitute a breach of applicable law. UC7777 makes no representation that the Services are lawful to access from any particular jurisdiction. Players accessing from Pakistan acknowledge that gambling is restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that participation carries legal risk for which the player bears sole responsibility.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under guardianship or subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.

3.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by UC7777 or, to the best of your knowledge, any gambling self-exclusion scheme applicable to you. If you are aware of a self-exclusion status, you must not attempt to register or continue using the Services.

04 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on UC7777. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are considered duplicate accounts and are prohibited. UC7777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate balances, including winnings generated through duplicate accounts, without notice.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.3 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. UC7777 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials will be attributed to you, except where you have notified us of suspected unauthorized access promptly upon becoming aware of it.

4.4 KYC Verification

UC7777 operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or both, and may ultimately result in account suspension.

05 Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate, providing betting tips as a commercial service, or using your account for business transactions.

5.2 Technical Access

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software meet the technical requirements for accessing the Services. UC7777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access and accepts no liability for losses attributable to connectivity issues, device failures, or browser incompatibilities on the player's side.

5.3 Currency

Unless otherwise specified, account balances and transactions are denominated in the currency selected at registration or in the base currency supported by the operator. Where PKR is supported as a display or transaction currency, amounts shown reflect applicable exchange rates at the time of processing. Currency conversion fees may apply.

5.4 Software and System Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the operation of any Game or Sports Bet, UC7777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the Player's account. UC7777 is not liable for any winnings generated as a direct result of a software malfunction or error. Players who knowingly exploit a technical fault will be subject to account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

06 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Methods

UC7777 aims to offer convenient payment options for players, including options relevant to Pakistan-based users such as bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah; mobile wallet channels such as Easypaisa and JazzCash; Raast instant transfer; and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The mention of these payment providers and institutions is for contextual reference only. UC7777 does not represent that any financial institution, mobile wallet operator, or the State Bank of Pakistan endorses, approves of, or facilitates gambling transactions. Actual available methods, limits, and fees are subject to change and are displayed in the live cashier at time of transaction.

6.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified per payment method in the cashier. UC7777 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at its discretion. Players may also set personal deposit limits through responsible gambling controls in their account dashboard.

6.3 Funds Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your account are legally owned by you and are free from any encumbrance, lien, or claim by a third party. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or any form of financial crime, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

6.4 No Interest

UC7777 does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds are held in trust for operational purposes only and do not constitute a financial investment.

07 Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be processed from a fully KYC-verified account. Where a bonus has been credited to your account, you must complete the associated wagering requirements in full before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.

7.2 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. UC7777 reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal methods at its discretion for operational or security reasons. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation requirements and applicable fees.

7.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to internal review procedures. UC7777 aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable operational timeframe following completion of any required verification. UC7777 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to payment processors, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified per method in the cashier. UC7777 may impose additional withdrawal limits on accounts under investigation or pending enhanced verification.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Bonus Terms Precedence

All bonuses and promotional offers are governed by specific bonus terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail with respect to that promotion. Players should read individual bonus terms carefully and entirely before opting in.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This multiplier indicates the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds, or a combination of bonus and deposit funds as specified, before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Example: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires a total of PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Wagering requirements and qualifying game types are specified in individual promotion terms.

8.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute at 100%; table games and live dealer games contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10%–25%); some games may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering. Contribution rates for each game category are stated in applicable bonus terms.

8.4 Maximum Bet During Wagering

While bonus wagering is active, a maximum permitted bet amount applies per round or spin. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been completed.

8.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire after a period specified in individual promotion terms (typically 7–30 calendar days from crediting). Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and winnings generated therefrom are forfeited automatically.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

UC7777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinated use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and any strategy that UC7777 reasonably determines is designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine entertainment gambling. UC7777 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings where abuse is detected.

09 Games & Sports Betting

9.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on UC7777 use certified RNG technology to determine outcomes. RTP percentages for each game are available in the individual game information screen. UC7777 does not control or manipulate game outcomes beyond the published RTP and volatility characteristics of each title as provided by the respective game studio.

9.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are governed by UC7777's Sports Betting Rules, which detail accepted bet types, settlement procedures, voiding policies, and rules for specific sports including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments), football, UFC, tennis, basketball, and esports. Sports Betting Rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. UC7777 reserves the right to void any sports bet placed at erroneous odds or affected by a data feed error.

9.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. Where a governing body's decision is subsequently amended (e.g., a result changed due to an appeal), UC7777 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in accordance with the final official result, subject to its published settlement rules.

9.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets close, pause, and re-open in real time as the relevant event progresses. UC7777 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to the closure of a live market during play. Accepted live bets will not be voided solely because a bet was placed after an event's outcome became known to the relevant sports official, but UC7777 reserves the right to void any bet it reasonably determines was placed with knowledge of the outcome.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling UC7777 to immediately suspend or close your account and forfeit your entire balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or address information;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (whether personally or through nominees);
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated device to access, play, or bet on the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, misconfigured odds, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing information to gain an unfair advantage in live poker or other competitive formats;
• Conducting or facilitating any transaction that constitutes, facilitates, or assists in money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity;
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from UC7777;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the Platform's software or security systems;
• Using the Platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, where UC7777 has blocked access, or where the operator has expressly stated that registration is unavailable;
• Engaging in any conduct that UC7777 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward support staff or other users.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the UC7777 platform, including but not limited to the visual design, graphic elements, text content, software code, trademarks, service marks, logos, and game assets, is the intellectual property of UC7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, publicly display, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of UC7777.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 No Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. UC7777 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services or any content thereon. UC7777 expressly disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UC7777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Exclusions

UC7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. UC7777 accepts no liability for losses arising from network outages, payment processor failures, device malfunctions, force majeure events, or regulatory actions by any governmental authority.

13 Responsible Gambling

UC7777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available in every player's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or automatic log-outs after a specified duration of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from all UC7777 services for a minimum period as specified in the Responsible Gambling Policy. Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the minimum period and cannot be reversed during that time.

14 Account Termination

14.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, UC7777 will process the closure after completing any pending transactions and, where the account is in good standing with no outstanding wagering requirements, will process a withdrawal of any eligible real-money balance to your verified payment method.

14.2 Closure by UC7777

UC7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: you breach any provision of these Terms; suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is detected; you provide false information; regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate closure; or the account is inactive for an extended period as specified in our dormant account policy.

14.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, may be forfeited at UC7777's discretion, particularly where the breach involves prohibited conduct, fraud, or exploitation of the Platform. Where the account is closed in good standing, eligible real-money balances will be returned to the player subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable processing procedures.

15 Disputes & Complaints

If you wish to raise a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the Services, you must first contact UC7777 customer support by email at [email protected], providing full details of the issue including your username, the relevant date and time, and any supporting evidence (such as screenshots).

UC7777 aims to acknowledge all complaints within two (2) business days and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Complex complaints requiring investigation may take longer, and UC7777 will communicate the expected timeline to you in such cases.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through internal complaints procedures, you may be entitled to escalate the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in the jurisdiction of the operator's license, subject to that body's eligibility criteria and procedures.

16 Amendments

UC7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address registered on the account, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through internal complaints procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's incorporated jurisdiction.

UC7777 makes no representation that access to or use of the Services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players accessing the Services from Pakistan do so at their own risk and legal responsibility, acknowledging that gambling is restricted in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation.
